I would like to say thank to you for your help in arranging a perfect day for the wedding of my daughter Jennifer to David Tickle last week at the Palazzo Parisio in Naxxar.
I was on the outside of the arrangements so lots of things that happened during the day were very pleasant surprises to me and helped to make the day a big success with all our guests.
First the venue was magnificent, not only the decor but also the actual size of the terrace and internal rooms, it was not overpowering for a small party such as ours. This was complemented by the quiet efficiency of the staff not only serving the canapés and drinks while the photographs were being taken but also during the meal. They were there when they were needed.
The ceremony conducted by Peter the registrar was first class, he made a civil ceremony a very personal and intimate occasion, so can you please pass on my thanks to Peter. The four ladies who had their hair and make up arranged by Lorraine and Shevon (I hope this is spelt correctly) looked beautiful and stood out from all those present.
Renée the photographer went about taking his pictures in a quick but professional manner and unlike some weddings I have been to in England this part of the proceedings did not drag. I am looking forward to seeing the results this weekend. Finally, Suzanne was always there, but again melting into the background and she ensured that if we needed help we were able to get it quickly.
As father of the bride you worry that your daughter is not going to have many happy memories of her wedding day and problems occur during the day (we only had one – we managed to arrive early at Naxxar) so again I would like to thank you and your team for making Jennifer and David’s wedding day a very memorable day for all of us.

I work in a technical sales’ industry where the customers rely on what I say as being correct and actually solving their problems, so I too appreciate when a customer says well done for doing a good job, this is how we measure ourselves and know what we have done is correct and has enhanced the customers’ lives.
Your job in particular has more problems than I face as you are dealing with people on a one-off event (hopefully never to be repeated) so you don’t get a second chance, additionally the word “stress” is a factor with your customers. I had said to Jennifer that I wanted the arrangements and the day to be stress free and other than her bridesmaid’s son developing chickenpox just before he flew to Malta I would say the event was stress free, this was with your help so again Thank You for that.

Well we are home now and back to reality ! Thanks for all your help with the wedding it was a perfect day. I just wish we could do it all again !
The hair and make-up were amazing and the photographs are excellent. Can you send my thanks and appreciation to Lorraine, Shevon and Renee. Also having dinner on the terrace worked really well.
