Email received on the 17th of August 2009 from the Bride & Groom
Thank you very much for everything that you did to make our wedding day the perfect day that we hoped it would be. We both had a brilliant and most of all a stress free time, meaning that we could enjoy every moment without a single worry. Also, to let you know that the wedding certificates arrived this morning.
Thank you very much.

This is just a short email to give you a bit more feedback regarding our wedding. We sent the other email very quickly, mainly to let you know how pleased we were with everything and to let you know that the Wedding Certificates came, and also because we were going to be busy visiting family and did not want you to think we had forgotten you.
This email will be a bit more informative and a bit more like a letter.
Firstly, we had the best day of our lives. I am still smiling now! It was so well organised. Both yourself, and of course not forgetting Lisa, made things happen exactly as we had requested. Both my parents and Jason’s parents commented on what a great day it had been and how organised and stress free it was. I am now going to go through some of the key things that stood out for us.
We had a lovely morning meeting Lisa on the Monday. She made us feel very much at ease and we were very quiet at times as we were taking in all the atmosphere at the registry office and at the venue. Also the registrar was very friendly and made things very personal to us. We loved the reading that she chose for my father in law to read out during the ceremony. All the things we had made a note of to ask Lisa she had already organised!! We asked ourselves the next the day was there anything we had missed or forgotten – but there wasn’t.
The horse and carriage ride with my father was excellent. We went all the way to Sliema! Local people were waving and shouting congratulations to me, it was great. The carriage driver was very professional and was very smart in his shirt and tie. It was definitely the way to arrive in style and dignity.
The Quadro restaurant patio was an excellent wedding venue. What a gorgeous backdrop it made for our photographs. We had hundreds to look at as our family just kept taking lots and lots. It felt private and exclusive which was exactly how it had been described. The duo played beautifully too and we even have some video clips our family took and we can hear the music. We also had great fun cutting the cake and having a dance to the music. The room at the Westin was lovely too. Lucky Jason and his brother got to spend the daytime there getting ready for the wedding and enjoying the luxury.
The wedding meal was outstanding. From the canapes and sparkling wine at the stand up reception to the sit down meal itself the quality of the food was second to none. The veal carpacchio starter was a particular favourite for everyone. The staff were attentive yet gave us privacy, a very good balance.
The flowers were superb too. I loved my bouquet. In fact my sister commented that it looked as if it had been designed especially for my dress. It was even better than I had expected and I got some great pictures of it. The ladies were pleased with their wrist corsages and the gents all looked smart with their same suits and buttonholes.
All in all it was a day to remember and one we won’t forget. From the moment we first emailed you we have felt part of the process and felt fully consulted at all stages. Nothing was ever too much trouble and you communicated at each and every stage with us, no matter how big or small any request.
Thank you once more for making our day so special.
Wishing you all our very best regards,
Ruth and Jason
ps Our Mdina glass lovebirds are on display above the fireplace in our lounge. We love them. Thank you.

Just a short email to say thank you. We had a lovely morning meeting you on the Monday. You instantly made us feel very much at ease and if we seemed that we were very quiet at times this was because we were taking in all the atmosphere at the registry office and at the venue. We also thought that the registrar was very friendly and made things very personal to us. We loved the reading that she chose for my father in law to read out during the ceremony. When we got back to the Juliani later on, all the things we had made a note of to ask you, you had already organised!! We asked ourselves the next the day was there anything we had missed or forgotten – but there wasn’t.
Thank you also for being there at the Wedding itself. We could literally totally relax and just get on with enjoying it all, knowing that you were there to ensure everything went to plan. The photos that you took for us all were great!! I bet you have never had so many cameras thrust at you at once. The photo taking was great fun and so was the stand up reception. The canapes were very good to eat. The sit down meal was excellent too. Second to none. The manager was great too, we were very well looked after.
Once more thank you for everything you did for us to make our day so special.
All our very best regards
Ruth and Jason
ps Remember you booked us a casino table – well we had a great time and we even won at poker and roulette. That was a good night!!
